Sample evaluation for processing

Thawing, cut-sample and cooking observations help assess flesh condition, colour and structure for the buyer’s processing needs. Acceptance requirements are agreed for each lot.

03 / SUPPLY ARRANGEMENTS

The pricing basis, weight, packing, quantity and delivery terms are confirmed for the order.

Size-sorted pricing

Fish sorted into agreed weight bands, with a separate price for each specification.

Mixed-size container pricing

One unit price for the container lot, based on its estimated size mix. Suitable for processors who can accept a broader size range.

Supply options depend on the lot and operating arrangements.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

CFR / China customs-cleared

CFR (Cost and Freight) or China customs-cleared shipping arrangements are available, subject to agreement for each shipment. Destination, customs-clearance scope, duties and taxes, and delivery responsibilities are agreed for the shipment.

STUFFING & SHIPMENT

Jakarta / Surabaya

Container stuffing and shipment from Jakarta or Surabaya. Loading and shipment arrangements are confirmed for the order.
